Cornus racemosa
Gray Dogwood
Gray Dogwood has clusters of small white spring flowers that are followed by small white berries on short red stalks. The green foliage turns burgundy in fall. Like all dogwoods, this is a good source of food, cover and nesting sites for many birds. This many-stemmed shrub is exceptionally resilient and can be used on unfavorable sites and will produce large colonies.
