Interesting Notes This St. John's Wort cultivar isn't derived from the species that yields the herbal remedy. There is an entire 'Mystical' series of Hypericum inodorum including this selection, Mystical Red Star™ plus Mystical Beauty™ with salmon-pink berries, Mystical Black™ with black berries and Mystical Orange™ with orange berries. All were bred for their cut flower properties. They feature lots of yellow flowers in the spring and big clusters of glossy berries in the fall. The series is rust resistant and very easy growing.
